Definitely one of the coolest place I have ever stayed in. Like I can’t think of someplace cooler. It has nice rooms, nice views, very close to the ocean, big tvs, and it makes you feel at home. I highly recommend these villas for sure.
Nice size condos, beautifully decorated and full kitchen and bbq. Everything you would need. Very convenient to the beach and a mask to pick up items you might need. We've stayed a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays.
In all my travels over the years I have never stepped into a place that felt more at home than these villas. From furnishings down to linens and cookware it was top shelf. The staff were attentive and gracious but not overly in front of you. No up-charges for beach chairs umbrellas or cabanas. The location speaks for itself - beautiful - and for the price you pay you can rest assured you will be able to enjoy it. By far the best location in Kehei, nestled on a rock shelf between Wailea and Elua beaches. Quiet and calm but very close to excellent shopping, dining and activities. You won’t be disappointed.
This is a gorgeous facility. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's on the Wailea beach and a very short walk from all of the villas on a wandering path past waterfalls, streams and pools. The villas themselves are quite well equipped with full kitchens, an elegant Bar-B-Q on the lanai over looking beach and garden views. They are are extremely comfortable inside. Considering the cost of cooking in or going out to eat, these can be less expensive overall than nearby resort hotels, even if you go out to eat occasionally. This was our second visit here to a beach view villa and we are looking forward to another visit here.
We definitely will use this spot again. Our condo was clean on a high floor with beautiful views. The grounds are lush and well maintained with friendly staff around. The villas are close to the The Shops at Wailea where you can find places to grab a meal. The concierges Scott and David were helpful in making excursion and Dinner reservations at the Grand Wailea. Only thing missing is a full length mirror in the condo and I wished the adult pool was a bit deeper.
This was such a beautiful family vacation experience for us. We had 8 adults in a high unit, which was more than wonderful. It’s a 5 minute walk to the pool and beach. There is beach chair service as well. The pool isn’t quite as picturesque as one would like (ie. the Marriott Wailea view) but it’s very accessible. Hang by the pool, run to Whale’s tale for snacks. Very expensive, but the luxury was there.
Beautiful place but got a lecture about my military discount. I was told l needed Order Papers as no discount for Retirees nor their families. No base in Maui to my knowledge.
Saving grace l called night b4 to verify my military ID was enough as military discount said papers, military id...
After showing Kai l stayed @ 2 additional Marriott locations, via my app., she scolded this 61yr old and said the guidelines for Maui had changed🤔

Beautiful condos right in the beach next to the Grand Wailea Hotel. Large, well appointed rooms with first class kitchens, living rooms, lanais and dining areas. Beach area is next to Grand Wailea resort. Staff is helpful. Daily housekeeping included. Our family loves it here. Our 3 year in a row staying at this property. Treat yourself; it's worth it!
